About the project:

R-Peridot is a project funded by CNPq (Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico) and developed by a team at the Bioinformatics Multidisciplinary Environment (BioME) of Digital Metropolis Institute (IMD) at Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). The project aim to help researchers, with or without previous knowledge of programming, to do differential expression analysis.
